Ms. Debbie Howard
About Ms. Howard
Ms. Howard is a graduate of the University of Montana-Missoula. She has a degree in English Linguistics, with a minor in Teaching ESL. She is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Reading at the University of Houston, with an additional Reading Specialist certification. She has been teaching at The Rice School for 6 years. She began at The Rice School teaching 7th grade English, but she now teaches Reading to 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students.
