Ms. Brevard's Guidlines

Ms. Brevard, Room E105

I look forward to teaching you this year. These are the guidelines for my math class. Our learning objectives for the fall semester are on the following page.

Supplies

• Planner
• Spiral notebook ( no perforated edges)
• 2 sharpened pencils
• 1 red pen
• protractor

Grading Policy

• Class work/Homework 50%- there will be at least 20 assignments per 9 weeks.
• Assessments (test, quizzes, projects) 50%- there will be at least 4 assessments per 9 weeks.
• You must show all of your work on all math assignments or you will not receive credit (Even problems that can be solved mentally).

Homework

• Homework will be given every class period and turned in the following class period.
• Homework should take about 30 minutes or less.

Late Work

• ·Work must be turned in to the homework basket before the tardy bell to receive full credit.
• Late work will be accepted for a maximum grade of 70.
